NWAFF is a humanitarian organization based in Norway, working to combat hunger and malnutrition globally. Some of our activities include symbolic sales (e.g. “Give a meal”, “Support a child”) and donation-based contributions processed via Vipps and/or card payment.
2. Prices and Currency
All prices are listed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and (USD) and include VAT if applicable. Donations or symbolic purchases are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
3. Payment Methods
We accept secure payments through:
Vipps (via mobile number or QR code)
Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
Payments are processed securely through our approved payment provider.
4. Confirmation
Once your payment is completed, you will receive a receipt or confirmation by email. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us at [email].
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Most contributions to NWAFF are considered voluntary donations and are therefore non-refundable. If a transaction was made by mistake or duplicate, contact us within 7 days, and we will review your case.
For physical goods (e.g. merchandise):
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product (according to the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act – Angrerettloven).
The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
6. Data Protection (Privacy)
We only collect necessary information to process your order/donation. All personal data is handled securely and in accordance with GDPR. We never share your information with third parties except when necessary for delivery or payment processing.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The applicable terms are those published on our website at the time of your transaction.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. In the case of disputes, we follow guidelines from Forbrukerrådet (Norwegian Consumer Council).
